Description:

Provide tenant representation to CARE members for their real estate needs, including but not limited to lease renewals & renegotiations, new location identification & site selection, and construction management available at market rates. As part of lease extensions or a need to identity new space, we will negotiate favorable terms and work to save members costs on their lease obligations. We would also work to improve lease terms for CARE members on their lease(s).
