Chief Financial Officer

Saul oversees all aspects of CARE’s financial functions. He is also responsible for creating tools that improve the profitability of the members.

Carolyn Miller, CQA

Director of Quality Assurance & Pharmacy Operations

Carolyn heads up the development and implementation of CARE’s Quality Assurance Program. She is responsible for working with CARE pharmacies to maintain compliance and improve their operational functions.

Christin Seaver

Director of Technical Services

Christin is responsible for shareholder services related to CareNet/HBS technical support, training and installation of new and current CareNet/HBS users. Additionally, she provides support for third party contracting.

Heather Ruffner

Director of Human Resources & Corporate Communications

Heather manages corporate communications, and the coordination of all CARE programs and events. Her other responsibilities include support to the organization’s board of directors, operating committees and task forces.

Wafaa Berrady

Accounting Associate

Wafaa maintains CARE’s daily accounting functions to include accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and HR/payroll. Additionally, she is responsible for the weekly ADAP/Medicare reporting and coordination of replenishment pharmaceuticals to ADAP network pharmacies.

Sydney Ryan

Quality Assurance Associate

Sydney provides overall support to QA project initiatives and works to improve and uphold adherence to the D.C. AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) contract criteria.
